This project was made in collaboration with artist Mel Ho. This is a replica command console from the friendship 7 Mercury cockpit commissioned by Adam Savage. It was built in the span of 2 months as a deadline exercise given to us by Adam. The panels are laser cut acrylic photo matched to the original. The buttons are all 3D printed on top of existing functional switches.
